Applied Cartridge Systems Water Treatment Solutions Introduced To Market

Applied Cartridge Systems, “The Cartridge System”, was introduced to the commercial water treatment market in October 2021. A truly unique potable water treatment solution, Applied Cartridge Systems emerged from the well-known ISOLUX® Arsenic removal systems. Each model is a self-contained water treatment system featuring 304 stainless steel housings, stainless steel or polypropylene pre-filters and cartridges, all NSF 61 certified together as a single package.

Designed to deliver unmatched convenience using easy-to-handle cartridges, with Applied Cartridge Systems there is no backwashing, bulk media replacement or hazardous waste streams. Maintenance is simple requiring just periodic one-man cartridge changeout and water testing.

In most cases, installation is fast and easy too.  With simple inlet/outlet flange connections and optional pre-plumbed piping sub-assemblies, a Cartridge System can often be completely assembled and ready to hook-up to a water supply in less than a day.

Systems are available in both freestanding and multi-vessel skid models. The standard freestanding Applied Cartridge Systems models come in 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 GPM housing sizes. The 50 & 100 GPM skid systems can be multi-unit configured to address installations up to 500 GPM.

Currently there is a choice of two Arsenic treatment cartridges designed specifically for use in Applied Cartridge Systems. The family of cartridges will be expanded in 2022 with water treatment options for Phosphorus, Fluoride and PFOS/PFAS.

Applied Cartridge Systems are ideal for small to medium size commercial water systems. They are installed in water utilities, RV Parks, hotels & resorts, military bases, subdivisions and multi-user wells across North America.
